The 5-day training program “Capacity Development on Modern Management of TVET Institutions” (08–12 September 2025, Peshawar) focused on strengthening the leadership, management, and digital transformation skills of TVET institute managers.
Key themes included inclusive TVET management (diversity, refugee inclusion, gender sensitivity), modern and transformational leadership, labour market orientation (skills forecasting, industry engagement, PPPs), and digital leadership (MIS, AI, IR 4.0, Education 4.0, digital ethics).
The program emphasized interactive learning through simulations, group discussions, case studies, and action planning. Participants developed institutional action plans, explored emerging trends, and reflected on strategies for sustaining inclusion, leadership, and digitalization in TVET.
